Team-Building Art Workshop: “Tree of Ideas” or Collaborative Mural

Overview:

Our interactive art workshop offers teams a unique opportunity to collaborate creatively. Participants will choose between two engaging projects: either a “Tree of Ideas” that symbolizes collective goals or a customized mural reflecting the company’s vision or values. Through art, we foster connection, communication, and creative problem-solving.

Workshop Structure:

1. Welcome & Icebreaker (15 min):
   We begin with introductions and a light creative warm-up to get everyone engaged and comfortable.

2. Project Selection (10 min):
   Teams choose their preferred project:

   • The “Tree of Ideas” where each branch represents a goal or key team value.

   • A “Mural” reflecting a shared theme—such as company vision, teamwork, or innovation.

3. Concept Development (15 min):
   Small groups brainstorm and sketch out key elements. For the tree, this might mean dividing branches into ideas. For the mural, teams map out sections.

4. Collaborative Painting (60–90 min):
   With canvases and materials ready, participants bring the vision to life. In the tree project, each person adds a branch, leaf, or symbol. For the mural, teams paint sections that form a cohesive scene.

5. Reflection & Presentation (20 min):
   Once complete, teams share their work and explain the symbolism. We discuss how the creative process mirrors teamwork, collaboration, and shared goals.

Outcome:

Each team leaves with a completed piece of artwork—whether it’s a tree filled with their collective ideas or a mural representing their vision. The artwork can be displayed in the workplace as a lasting symbol of teamwork and creativity.
